I think you are right - this message does not make any sense, but it is funny to read just the same. I almost think I know what was meant but there are just enough abnormalities to not be totally sure.

I promise you, I keep my shoes on. At least in the school building. I can't imagine why this is set up as it is since only students take their shoes off.
